Our products are shipped UPS Ground.  Unless otherwise specified, windchimes usually ship within 3-5 business days.  Weathervanes are made to order and usually ship within 14-21 business days.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  If you need 2nd day or overnight shipping options, please email us the items you will include in your order so that we can get a quote for the correct weight of your package.  Please e-mail us for shipping rates on Cupolas.  Rates vary.
 
Warranty:
 
Woodstock Windchimes are covered by a one year warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.  Tuning of all Woodstock chimes are guaranteed for life.
 
Weathervanes are covered by a 5 year warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

We accept credit cards, checks or money orders, or payment through Paypal.  If you would prefer to pay with a check or money order, just add the items you would like to your cart, then print that information and send it along with a check for the total amount.  Please make your check payable to J.A.B. Enterprises, and mail to PO Box 5330, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762.

To ensure your privacy while shopping on our website, we have set up our shopping cart with a secure encrypted connection. You can order all of our products securely online with your credit card. This is the fastest way to get your order processed. We accept, Visa and Mastercard.  Charges to your credit card bill will appear under J.A.B. Enterprises.
 
Return Policy:
 
We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes a product is not exactly what you expected. If you wish, you may return an item within 30 days of your purchase.  You may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item; or you may receive a refund of the purchase price. (Shipping charges are not refundable.) You may also contact us via e-mail CustomerService@whicheverwaythewindblows.com for return authorization. Be sure to leave contact information with your request.
 
There are no refunds on products that have been misused, abused or rendered useless as a result of improper use or installation.  All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
 
Personalized items are non-returnable except for manufacturing errors.
 
International Shipping:
 
For International orders,  please contact us for the shipping rate.  Rates vary by country.  Rates do not include Duties and Taxes.  These are seperate fees and will be collected upon delivery.
 
Sales Tax:
 
7.75% Sales tax is applicable to California Residents only.
